How does hourly booking work?

Reserve a chauffeur by the hour with your start time, duration, and first pickup address. Your dedicated car and driver stay with you for the full block — multiple stops, wait time, and routing included. Flat hourly rate is locked at booking, no surge.

What's the minimum booking?

Three hours minimum in the Phoenix metro. Need a single point-to-point ride instead? Book our black car service. For instant availability call (781) 730-6618 — we answer 24/7.

Can my chauffeur wait between stops?

Yes — that's the point of hourly. Your driver stays on the clock through meetings on Camelback Road, lunch in Old Town Scottsdale, a winery run, or a full day across the Valley. No re-booking, no re-dispatch.

Do you have hotel concierge accounts?

Yes. We work directly with the Arizona Biltmore, The Phoenician, Royal Palms, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, and other Valley properties. Your concierge can dispatch us on your behalf and charge to your room.

What areas do you cover hourly?

What's the cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 24 hours before your start time. Within 24 hours: 50% refund. After dispatch: no refund.
