$70K–$120K POTENTIAL
NOW HIRING · BOS · NYC · MIA · PBI
$70K–$120K annual earning potential. Modern Cadillac Escalades and executive sedans. Dedicated dispatch — not app gig grind. W-2 or 1099. Paid training. Real career, not a side hustle.
THE STANDARD
THE DIFFERENCE
You can spend ten years driving and still not have benefits, a vehicle, or a dispatcher who remembers your name. There is a better version.
UBER BLACK
LIMO
LOCAL LIMO COMPANY
Pay capped by a small operator with thin margins. Vehicles often 5–10 years old, mid-fleet maintenance. Dispatch is the owner's nephew. No path to senior-driver pay or to multi-city assignments. Career ceiling visible from year one.
LIMO
Pay structured for senior chauffeur progression. Late-model Cadillac Escalades and executive sedans. Professional dispatch with named team leads. Multi-city assignments available (Boston ↔ NYC ↔ Hamptons ↔ Palm Beach rotation for senior drivers).
TAXI MEDALLION
Medallion value collapsed in major US cities a decade ago. Rideshare ate the cab market. The remaining medallion drivers are scrambling for airport queues. No path back.
LIMO
Luxury chauffeur is the segment that rideshare did not commoditize. Repeat corporate, repeat family-office, repeat VIP — the work that values a real driver over an algorithm. Growing, not shrinking.

"I drove Uber Black for four years and never made over $58K. My first full year with LIMO I cleared $94K with health benefits, in a Cadillac that was less than a year old. I'm not going back."

QUESTIONS
W-2: full-time employees with a base hourly + per-trip tips + benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k match after 1 year). Typical full-time W-2 income is $70K–$95K, with senior chauffeurs on corporate-account assignments reaching $110K–$120K. 1099: independent contractors paid per-trip on a published rate sheet, average $200/day for a 6-hour shift in a major market, no benefits but full schedule flexibility.
No — LIMO provides the vehicle, insurance, fuel, maintenance, and detailing. You drive, that's the job. This applies to both W-2 and 1099 drivers. (Exception: a small subset of senior 1099 contractors operate their own vehicles under a fleet-affiliate program — by invitation.)
Standard driver's license is the baseline. CDL passenger endorsement and/or a state livery license is preferred and expedites onboarding. We will help cover the cost of livery licensing for W-2 hires in states that require it. Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 5 years) is required. Background check (criminal + MVR) is standard.
Full-time W-2: standard 40-hour weeks with assigned schedules (you bid for shifts based on seniority). Common patterns are 4×10 corporate-day shifts, weekend nights for VIP/event coverage, or roadshow blocks. 1099: pick your own shifts from the open queue — minimum 2 shifts per week to maintain active status.
Active hiring: Boston, New York, Cambridge, Hamptons (seasonal), Newport (seasonal), Greenwich, Miami, Palm Beach. Senior chauffeurs are eligible for multi-city rotation — typically Boston/NYC year-round with Hamptons/Newport summer rotation, or NYC/Miami/Palm Beach winter rotation. Lodging covered when posted out of base.
Health insurance (LIMO covers 80%), dental, vision, 401(k) with 3% match after 1 year, 15 days PTO accruing from year 1, paid holidays, paid two-week training, uniform allowance, life insurance basic ($25K).
Application → phone screen (3-5 business days) → in-person interview + driving evaluation (1 week) → background and MVR check (1 week) → offer (within 24 hours of clear background). Total typically 3 weeks from application to first paid training day. Same-week onboarding for experienced chauffeurs with current livery license and clean MVR.
