What does founding membership actually lock in?
Your monthly rate is fixed at the price on the day you join — for as long as your membership is continuous. If we raise public pricing in 2027, 2028, or 2030, your Silver stays at $99 and your Gold stays at $299. Cancel and re-join later, you'll pay the public rate at that time.
How are the three tiers different?
Silver ($99/mo) — 5% off every booking, priority dispatch, saved preferences. Gold ($299/mo) — 10% off, priority dispatch, saved preferences, plus one complimentary night-out chauffeur block (4 hours) every month. Platinum ($999/mo) — 15% off, dedicated chauffeur pool, priority everything, dedicated concierge contact, annual gift.
What is the application process?
Submit your details below — we review every founding application personally within 24 hours. We're capping the 2026 founding class at 200 members across all three tiers, so this is not an automatic accept. You'll hear back from a real person, not a confirmation email.
Is the membership recurring or annual?
Both options. Monthly auto-renews on the date you join. Annual prepay is 10 months for the price of 12 — Silver $990/year, Gold $2,990/year, Platinum $9,990/year — and locks the rate the same way. Cancel anytime with no penalty; we refund unused months on annual prepay pro-rata.
Do member discounts stack with the locked rate?
Yes. Your 5%, 10%, or 15% comes off the locked rate, not the public rate. So a Gold member on a future $2,000 public NYC transfer would pay the locked $1,500 founding rate minus 10%, or $1,350.
Can I add my family or my team?
Yes. Family add-on is $49/month per additional person on a Silver or Gold; included on Platinum. Corporate / team membership is priced per company — typically 5 members on Gold with shared billing for $1,200/month. Note that on the booking notes and the concierge will scope it.
What happens on event nights — Bruins finals, JPM week, NYE?
You go to the front of the queue. Members are dispatched before non-members, and Gold + Platinum are dispatched before Silver. We hold member capacity on every high-demand night specifically for this reason.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, no penalty. Your rate stops at the next billing date. If you re-join later, you re-join at the public rate at that time — the founding rate only stays locked while your membership is continuous.
