How does hourly booking work?

Book online with your pickup address, date, start time, and number of hours. Your chauffeur stays with you for the full block — multiple stops, wait time, and routing are all included. Rate is locked at booking with no surge and no meter.

Can I book instantly or only scheduled?

Both. Scheduled bookings get priority — book at least 2 hours ahead for guaranteed availability. For same-day hourly service in San Diego, call (781) 730-6618 and we'll dispatch the nearest vehicle (typically 15-25 minutes).

What's the minimum number of hours?

Three hours is our standard minimum for hourly service. That covers most evenings out, wine tours in the back country, downtown meetings, or a half-day along the coast. Longer blocks and full-day rates are available — just add the hours at booking.

Do you have hotel concierge accounts?

Yes. We work directly with concierge teams at properties like the Hotel del Coronado, Fairmont Grand Del Mar, The US Grant, Pendry San Diego, and the La Valencia in La Jolla. Your concierge can dispatch us on your behalf and charge to your room.

What areas do you cover hourly?

All of San Diego County — Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy, La Jolla, Coronado, Del Mar, Pacific Beach, Mission Valley, and Carlsbad — plus runs up to Temecula wine country. For airport pickups see our San Diego International (SAN) transfer page.

Which vehicle should I choose?

Cadillac Escalade ESV: up to 6 passengers, captain's chairs, luggage room — best for groups, families, and wine tours. Executive Sedan: up to 3 passengers — best for solo executives and couples on city errands.

What's the cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours: 50% refund. After dispatch: no refund.

Do you bill corporate accounts?

Yes. Monthly invoicing, GL coding, named-traveler reporting, and consolidated AP statements. Email support@limobooking.io to set up an account — typical onboarding is 24 hours.
