How does the booking work?

Book online with pickup and drop-off addresses, date, and time. Flat fare is locked at booking — no surge, no meter. You'll receive driver details and live tracking 30 minutes before pickup.

Can I book instantly or only scheduled?

Both. Scheduled bookings get priority — book at least 2 hours ahead for guaranteed availability. For instant pickup in Boston, call (781) 730-6618 and we'll dispatch the nearest vehicle (typically 15-25 minutes).

Can I add multiple stops?

Yes. Add stops at booking — hotel pickup, restaurant, theater, home is a common Boston route. Reasonable in-city multi-stop is included in the flat rate. For extensive routing, see our hourly chauffeur service.

Do you have hotel concierge accounts?

Yes. We have direct relationships with the Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Newbury Boston, XV Beacon, Boston Harbor Hotel, and others. Your concierge can dispatch us on your behalf and charge to your room.

Full refund up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours: 50% refund. After dispatch: no refund.
