How does the 4-hour minimum block work?
All corporate engagements are billed as a 4-hour minimum block — $600 sedan or $720 Escalade. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the entire block, between every stop, no re-dispatch fees. Most board-meeting and biotech days run 6–10 hours; we recommend the 8-hour day rate ($1,000 sedan, $1,200 Escalade) for any program with four or more stops.
What are your corporate AP billing terms?
Direct to corporate AP. One PDF invoice at the end of the engagement or monthly statement for recurring programs, with cost-center coding on request. Net 30 standard, net 15 by arrangement. No driver tips to chase — gratuity is included in the hourly rate.
How do you handle JPM Healthcare week and earnings weeks?
JPM Healthcare week (early January) and the BIO conference week book out 90+ days ahead in Boston. Existing corporate clients receive priority allocation across both windows. Earnings weeks are reserved 30 days ahead. Call the corporate desk to lock recurring slots before the public calendar opens.
Can you sign NDAs and operate with discretion?
Yes. We keep mutual NDAs on file for repeat clients and execute deal-specific NDAs before dispatch. Drivers are briefed on confidentiality before every pre-IPO, M&A, or board engagement. No name displays at pickup, no public manifests, no third-party trackers.
Can we pair the same chauffeur to our executive?
Yes. For recurring corporate programs we assign a primary chauffeur and one named backup. Same driver, same vehicle, same protocol every visit. The pairing carries across years for long-term clients.
Which submarkets and corridors do you cover?
All of Greater Boston, with deep familiarity in Kendall Square, Longwood Medical Area, Seaport, Back Bay, Financial District, Quincy, Newton, and the Waltham 128 / I-95 biotech corridor. Add Logan or Hanscom airport segments to the start or end of the day.
Can you cover event-day priority for our clients or investors?
Yes. We allocate fleet against client-event calendars — analyst days, capital-markets days, investor receptions, biotech panels — to guarantee curb-side coverage even when the city is at capacity.
Can you coordinate multiple vehicles for the deal team?
Yes. We routinely coordinate 2–5 vehicles for board meetings, IPO weeks, and diligence days where management, bankers, and counsel travel in parallel. One point of contact, one invoice, synchronized arrivals at every stop.
