How does flight tracking work?

Provide your flight number at booking and our dispatch system pulls the live feed from the airline. If your arrival slides earlier or later, your chauffeur's dispatch time adjusts automatically — no call, no text, no missed pickup.

What does meet-and-greet inside the terminal include?

Your chauffeur parks, walks into the terminal in suit and tie with a discreet name placard, and meets you at the baggage carousel or international arrivals exit. Standard add-on at Terminal E and Hanscom; available on request at all Logan terminals.

Can you bill our company directly?

Yes. We set up a corporate account with cost-center coding, traveler-name tagging, and either net 15 or net 30 terms. One PDF invoice per month, every trip itemized, expense-ready for AP and audit.

Which airports do you cover?

Boston Logan (BOS, all terminals including Terminal E international), Hanscom Field (BED) for private aviation, Norwood Memorial (OWD), and T.F. Green (PVD) in Providence. We also cover Manchester (MHT) on request for North Shore travelers.

What if my flight is delayed several hours?

Tracked and handled. Standard wait window after wheels-down is 60 minutes at no charge, which covers customs and baggage. Longer delays are billed in 30-minute increments at a transparent published rate, not surge.

What is the cancellation policy for corporate accounts?

Full refund up to 4 hours before pickup for sedans, 12 hours for Escalades. Inside those windows: 50% refund. We waive cancellation fees for documented flight cancellations and routing changes outside your control.

Can the same chauffeur do my outbound and return?

Whenever schedules permit, yes. Frequent flyers on our corporate accounts are paired with a primary chauffeur and a small backup pool so the experience is consistent across trips.
