How does a multi-borough corporate day work?
Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the entire 4-hour minimum block (or 8-hour day rate), running every stop across the five boroughs without re-dispatch. A typical NYC day moves FiDi to Midtown to UES to Brooklyn and back, or Midtown to Westchester to Bridgehampton for an offsite. We re-route live as the schedule shifts.
Are NYC tolls included?
Yes. All standard NYC tolls — Lincoln, Holland, Midtown Tunnel, Queens-Midtown, Verrazano, GWB — are included in the hourly rate. No surprise toll line items, no driver reimbursement requests at the end of the day.
What are your corporate AP billing terms?
Direct to corporate AP. One PDF invoice per engagement or monthly statement for recurring programs, with cost-center coding on request. Net 30 standard, net 15 by arrangement. Gratuity is included in the hourly rate — no driver tips to chase.
Can you sign NDAs and operate with discretion?
Yes. We keep mutual NDAs on file for repeat clients and execute deal-specific NDAs before dispatch. No name displays at pickup, no public manifests, no third-party trackers. Drivers are briefed on confidentiality before every M&A, IPO, or board engagement.
Can we pair the same chauffeur to our executive for recurring use?
Yes. For recurring corporate programs we assign a primary chauffeur and a named backup. Same driver, same vehicle, same protocol every visit. The pairing carries across years for long-term clients — particularly for IR firms, family offices, and hedge funds.
How do you handle JPM Healthcare, BIO, and conference weeks?
JPM Healthcare (early January), BIO, the Milken conference, and Davos prep weeks book out 90+ days ahead. Existing corporate clients receive priority fleet allocation across all four windows. Capital-markets days and earnings cycles are reserved 30 days ahead.
Can you coordinate multiple vehicles for the full deal team?
Yes. We routinely coordinate 2–6 vehicles for board meetings, deal closings, and diligence days where management, bankers, and counsel travel in parallel between Midtown, FiDi, and outer boroughs. One point of contact, one invoice, synchronized arrivals at every stop.
Can we add a JFK, LGA, or EWR transfer to the corporate day?
Yes. Airport segments — including late-night runs to JFK first-class lounges for international red-eyes — can be added at the start or end of any corporate day at the same hourly rate. No separate booking, no separate invoice.
