THE TRANSFER

Engineered for the EWR business traveler
who crosses the Hudson every week.

THE DIFFERENCE

Why most EWR transfers go sideways.

A delayed United international arrival at Terminal C, a surging app priced for the Lincoln Tunnel, a taxi that fights you on the Hudson toll. The Manhattan-Newark leg is brutal if you do not own it.

UBER / LYFT

  • Surge on EWR shuttle banks plus a toll markup on the Hudson
  • Driver cancels when your international flight slides an hour
  • No meet-and-greet at Terminal C international arrivals chaos
  • Receipts that corporate AP cannot process cleanly

LIMO

  • Flat rate to Manhattan with NJ tolls and Hudson crossing included
  • Live flight tracking — pickup adjusts automatically
  • Optional meet-and-greet at Terminal A, B, or C
  • Direct corporate AP billing, one invoice, expense-ready

NYC / NJ TAXI

Newark cabs do not always cross the Hudson, NYC cabs do not always come for Newark. When they do, the meter plus tolls plus the return-trip surcharge runs higher than a chauffeured sedan — and you still have no flight tracking.

LIMO

Chauffeur is staged before you land. Curbside at Terminal A, B, or C, or meet-and-greet inside with a name placard. Tolls, Hudson crossing, and tip already included. One flat fare, one clean receipt.

AIRTRAIN + NJ TRANSIT

AirTrain from EWR to Newark Liberty Station, transfer to NJ Transit, drag your bags into Penn Station, then a cab or subway to the office. Cheap on paper, miserable in practice — and not a serious option for an executive with a 9am call.

LIMO

Door-to-Manhattan in 25 minutes via the Lincoln or Holland Tunnel. Quiet cabin, WiFi, water, espresso. Take the first call from the back seat — no AirTrain, no Penn Station.

THE EXPERIENCE

Punctual, quiet, predictable.
The way the EWR trip should run.

LIVE FLIGHT TRACKING

We pull your EWR flight feed at booking. Delay, gate change, customs hold at Terminal C — your pickup adjusts automatically. No call, no surge, no missed pickup even if a Hudson tunnel queue snarls.

Executive cabin amenities, water, espresso, workspace

QUIET CABIN, ON BOARD

WiFi, power, still and sparkling water, espresso. Take the call from the back seat on the way through the Lincoln Tunnel, clear the inbox before you hit Midtown.

QUESTIONS

Everything, answered.

How does flight tracking work for Newark Liberty?

Provide your EWR flight number at booking and our dispatch system pulls the live feed from the airline. If your arrival into Terminal A, B, or C slides earlier or later — including customs holds at Terminal C international — your chauffeur's dispatch time adjusts automatically. No call, no text, no missed pickup.

Do you meet inside the EWR terminal, or curbside?

Both. Standard pickup is curbside at the terminal arrival level. Meet-and-greet is an option at every terminal — your chauffeur parks, walks into the headhouse in suit and tie with a discreet name placard, and meets you at baggage claim or at Terminal C international arrivals.

Are NJ tolls and the Hudson crossing included?

Yes. The flat fare includes the NJ Turnpike, the Lincoln or Holland Tunnel toll on the way into Manhattan (or the GW Bridge if routed northbound), and the return crossing. No driver-side fights over which tunnel, no surprise toll line items.

How long is EWR to Midtown, really?

25 minutes at 5am, 50 minutes during the evening rush, longer if the Lincoln Tunnel queue extends. We track tunnel cameras and route via Holland or GWB when Lincoln is locked. The flat fare absorbs the variance — same price either way.

What happens if my EWR flight is delayed several hours?

Tracked and handled. Standard wait window after wheels-down is 60 minutes at no charge, which covers customs at Terminal C and baggage at any EWR carousel. Longer delays are billed in 30-minute increments at a transparent published rate — never surge.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 4 hours before pickup for sedans, 12 hours for Escalades. Inside those windows: 50% refund. We waive cancellation fees for documented airline cancellations and routing changes outside your control.

Can you bill our company directly?

Yes. We set up a corporate account with cost-center coding, traveler-name tagging, and either net 15 or net 30 terms. One PDF invoice per month, every EWR trip itemized with tolls and Hudson crossings rolled in, expense-ready for AP and audit.

How many passengers and bags fit?

Executive sedan: up to 3 passengers with 3 standard bags. Cadillac Escalade: up to 6 passengers with 6+ bags — the right call for a family on a long-haul into Terminal C or a team landing on the same EWR inbound with carry-on plus checked. Sprinter vans on request for groups.

Which EWR terminals do you cover?

All of them. Terminal A (Delta, Frontier, and partners in the new $2.7B headhouse), Terminal B (United domestic and codeshare partners), and Terminal C (United's international hub including Polaris). We also cover JFK and LaGuardia (LGA) for the same corporate accounts.
