How does flight tracking work for LaGuardia?

Provide your LGA flight number at booking and our dispatch system pulls the live feed from the airline. If your arrival into Terminal A, B, or C slides earlier or later, your chauffeur's dispatch time adjusts automatically — critical for LGA where shuttle banks reshuffle constantly. No call, no text, no missed pickup.

Do you meet inside the LGA terminal, or curbside?

Both. Standard pickup is curbside at the terminal arrival level. Meet-and-greet is an option at every terminal — your chauffeur parks, walks into the new Terminal B headhouse or Terminal C with a name placard, and meets you at baggage claim. Especially useful at Terminal B given how spread out the new building is.

How long is the LGA-to-Midtown ride, really?

12 minutes at 5am Sunday, 45 minutes at 5pm Friday. LGA is the closest NYC airport to Midtown geographically but the Grand Central Parkway and the Triborough swing wildly. We flat-rate it either way and the chauffeur knows the back routes — Astoria Boulevard, the BQE, the Midtown Tunnel — when the GCP locks up.

What happens if my LGA flight is delayed several hours?

Tracked and handled. Standard wait window after wheels-down is 60 minutes at no charge. Longer delays are billed in 30-minute increments at a transparent published rate — never surge, never the kind of LGA shuttle-bank tax you see on Uber.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 4 hours before pickup for sedans, 12 hours for Escalades. Inside those windows: 50% refund. We waive cancellation fees for documented airline cancellations and routing changes outside your control.

Can you bill our company directly?

Yes. We set up a corporate account with cost-center coding, traveler-name tagging, and either net 15 or net 30 terms. One PDF invoice per month, every LGA trip itemized, expense-ready for AP and audit. Ideal for traveling teams who do the shuttle three or four times a week.

How many passengers and bags fit?

Executive sedan: up to 3 passengers with 3 standard bags. Cadillac Escalade: up to 6 passengers with 6+ bags. Most LGA shuttle travelers run with carry-on only, so the sedan is the default — but the Escalade is the call for a family or a team.
