THE TRANSFER

Engineered for the JFK traveler
who refuses to gamble on the curb at Terminal 4.

THE DIFFERENCE

Why most JFK transfers go sideways.

A delayed flight into Terminal 8, a 4x surge on Uber, a 90-minute taxi line — your trip is ruined before you reach the Van Wyck.

UBER / LYFT

  • JFK is the worst surge market in the country at peak banks
  • Driver cancels when your international flight slides an hour
  • No meet-and-greet at Terminal 4 international arrivals chaos
  • Receipts that corporate AP cannot process cleanly

LIMO

  • Flat rate to Manhattan, no surge ever, locked at booking
  • Live flight tracking — pickup adjusts automatically for delays
  • Optional meet-and-greet at Terminal 1, 4, 5, 7, or 8
  • Direct corporate AP billing, one invoice, expense-ready

NYC YELLOW TAXI

Stand at the JFK taxi stand on a Sunday night after an international bank lands and the line is 90 minutes. Flat fare to Manhattan, sure, but no flight tracking, no preferred driver, and a cab that smells like the last fare.

LIMO

Chauffeur is staged before you land. Curbside or meet-and-greet inside the terminal, name placard at international arrivals, luggage handled, espresso in the cabin. Flat fare locked at booking — no waiting in any line.

AIRTRAIN + SUBWAY / LIRR

AirTrain to Jamaica, transfer to E or LIRR, drag your bags through a Sunday-night Penn Station. Cheap on paper, brutal in practice — and not an option for a senior executive or family arriving on a 14-hour flight.

LIMO

Door-to-Manhattan in one ride. Quiet cabin, WiFi, water, espresso. Take the first call of the day from the back seat instead of the LIRR vestibule.

THE EXPERIENCE

Punctual, quiet, predictable.
The way the JFK trip should start and end.

Executive cabin amenities and workspace in chauffeured Cadillac Escalade

QUIET CABIN, ON BOARD

WiFi, power, still and sparkling water, espresso. Take the call from the back seat on the way into Manhattan, clear the inbox before the meeting, decompress on the way out.

"I fly JFK to LHR every other week. The car is waiting at Terminal 7 every time, the invoice hits my AP team monthly. I have stopped thinking about it."

QUESTIONS

Everything, answered.

How does flight tracking work at JFK?

Provide your JFK flight number at booking and our dispatch system pulls the live feed from the airline. If your arrival into Terminal 1, 4, 5, 7, or 8 slides earlier or later — including customs holds at international arrivals — your chauffeur's dispatch time adjusts automatically. No call, no text, no missed pickup.

Do you meet inside the JFK terminal, or curbside?

Both. Standard pickup is curbside at the terminal arrival level. Meet-and-greet is an option at every terminal — your chauffeur parks, walks in in suit and tie with a discreet name placard, and meets you at baggage claim or at the international arrivals exit at Terminal 4 or Terminal 1.

What happens if my flight into JFK is delayed several hours?

Tracked and handled. Standard wait window after wheels-down is 60 minutes at no charge, which covers customs at Terminal 4 and baggage at any JFK carousel. Longer delays are billed in 30-minute increments at a transparent published rate — never surge, never the 4x JFK Uber tax.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 4 hours before pickup for sedans, 12 hours for Escalades. Inside those windows: 50% refund. We waive cancellation fees for documented airline cancellations and routing changes outside your control.

Can you bill our company directly?

Yes. We set up a corporate account with cost-center coding, traveler-name tagging, and either net 15 or net 30 terms. One PDF invoice per month, every JFK trip itemized, expense-ready for AP and audit.

How many passengers and bags fit?

Executive sedan: up to 3 passengers with 3 standard bags. Cadillac Escalade: up to 6 passengers with 6+ bags — the right call for a family on a long-haul into Terminal 4 or a team landing on the same JFK inbound with carry-on plus checked.

Do you handle group rides or multi-vehicle pickups at JFK?

Yes. We dispatch fleets of 2–10 Escalades or Sprinter vans for corporate offsites, wedding parties, and conferences arriving on the same JFK inbound. One coordinator, one invoice, one ETA at the curb.

Which JFK terminals do you cover?

All of them. Terminal 1 (Delta One and international partners), Terminal 4 (Delta international), Terminal 5 (JetBlue), Terminal 7 (British Airways and Iberia), and Terminal 8 (American Airlines and oneworld international). We also cover LaGuardia (LGA) and Newark (EWR).
