We assign a primary driver to every recurring senior client. The same person handles the standing schedule (e.g. Tuesday 9am cardiology, Thursday 2pm pharmacy) and a documented backup is briefed and introduced. Full driver consistency 90% of weeks — and when the primary is sick or on vacation, you meet the backup the week before, not the morning of.
In and out of the vehicle, walker and cane stowed properly, steady support from the front door of the house to the vehicle and from the vehicle to the building entrance. Drivers are not licensed to provide medical assistance or to handle a non-ambulatory patient — for that we deploy the WAV vehicle and the NEMT protocol.
Yes — see our NEMT service for wheelchair-accessible transport. For ambulatory seniors who only occasionally need WAV (e.g. post-surgery recovery period), we can swap vehicles mid-month without changing your package rate.
One monthly invoice per family, billed to a credit card on file or via ACH. The adult child managing the parent's affairs sees the trip log on the family portal — date, time, route, driver, on-time confirmation. No cash, no card swiped at the door, no awkwardness with the parent about money.
Driver waits up to 60 minutes included in the base rate; beyond that, $30 per additional 30-minute block. For long appointments (e.g. dialysis, infusion), we recommend the structured wait package which is cheaper for blocks over 2 hours.
Yes. Saturday morning religious services, Sunday family lunches, Thursday-evening grandchild's school play — all covered. Same flat per-trip rate, no weekend surcharge.
Yes. Multiple facility partnerships in the Boston and NYC markets where we run on-demand transport for residents on a facility-billed basis. Ask your facility director if LIMO is the preferred vendor — if not, we are happy to introduce.
