How does the tracking actually work?

Three layers. (1) Each partner gets a unique URL and trackable links — guests who click and book are attributed to you for the lifetime of their LIMO relationship. (2) For phone or in-person referrals where the guest does not click a link, we attach a manual booking code we issue to you. (3) For unattributed bookings where the guest mentions your hotel/agency at booking, we apply assisted attribution and credit you. Three layers, very few referrals leak.

What is the commission structure?

Tier 1 — Concierge / Travel Agent: 10% recurring on every booking your referred clients make, for the lifetime of the relationship. No caps, no expiry. Tier 2 — Agency / Volume Partner: 15% recurring, available to partners who refer 20+ bookings/month or hold a formal corporate travel mandate. Tier upgrade is automatic when you cross the threshold for two consecutive months.

How and when do I get paid?

Monthly via ACH on the 5th of the following month. No minimums — if you have $42 in commissions, we pay $42. We also support PayPal and direct deposit for international partners. Tax form (1099-NEC for US partners) issued in January for the prior year.

Can I white-label LIMO for my hotel?

Yes — for hotels with a sufficient concierge volume, we offer a white-label option where the booking flow is co-branded with your property. The guest sees your name on the confirmation, but LIMO is the operator. Available with the volume-partner tier.

What qualifies a partner — do I need a license or credentials?

No formal license required. We accept hotel concierges (front-of-house staff, lobby ambassadors, GM-level), travel agents (TMC, leisure, luxury), event planners, brokers (insurance, wealth, real estate where high-touch transport is part of the client experience), and lifestyle managers. We do screen new applicants for the right client fit — not everyone gets in.

Is there a contract length or minimum commitment?

No contract length. Partner agreement is month-to-month, terminable by either party. Your earned commissions on past referrals continue to accrue for the lifetime of those clients, even if you exit the program.

What kind of support and collateral do I get?

Dedicated affiliate manager (a real person, named, with a direct line), co-branded business cards and one-pagers for in-person referrals, a partner-only Slack channel for the volume tier, quarterly partner reviews, and a real-time dashboard for tracking. We treat partners as a channel, not a checkbox.
