NATIONWIDE COVERAGE
PHARMA · CRO · PATIENT SERVICES
Nationwide patient transport for sponsor protocols. Sponsor-invoiced. HIPAA-compliant. Geo-fenced consent verification at pickup. Document chain-of-custody for every leg.
THE PATIENT JOURNEY
THE DIFFERENCE
Sponsors get charged for the ride twice — once on the protocol budget, once on the regulatory clean-up when something is undocumented.
PATIENT SELF-DRIVE / REIMBURSE
LIMO
UBER HEALTH / GENERIC RIDESHARE
Different driver every trip, no protocol training, no chain-of-custody for samples or documents, no consent verification, no service guarantee for the rural sites where most rideshare networks are thin. Patient-services teams spend more time chasing missing receipts than enrolling patients.
LIMO
Vetted driver pool with protocol-aware training. Document and sample chain-of-custody where applicable. Coverage in metros and the rural sites — via our affiliate network where direct fleet is uneconomical, with the same SLA either way.
DEDICATED PATIENT NAVIGATOR (SITE-LEVEL)
Site coordinators driving patients themselves to maintain enrollment. Burns coordinator hours, creates HR exposure for the site, and is impossible to scale beyond 10–15 patients per coordinator.
LIMO
Coordinators stay focused on protocol. We absorb the transportation function entirely — including the recurring schedule, the rebookings, and the last-mile reminders. One coordinator now supports 50+ patients.

QUESTIONS
We have active engagements with multiple top-10 pharma sponsors and the major CROs (IQVIA, Parexel, ICON, PPD, and others). Sponsor names are protected under mutual NDA and we cannot disclose specific engagements publicly. References available under NDA after initial vendor qualification.
Trial-related transportation is a sponsor cost, not an insurance cost — billed directly to the sponsor or CRO per the protocol budget. No patient out-of-pocket, no insurance claim, no impact on patient coverage. This is the standard model under FDA-compliant clinical trial regulations.
Yes — this is our core competence. We onboard the protocol once, then activate site-by-site as enrollment opens. Direct fleet in approximately 35 major metros and vetted affiliate coverage in the remaining geographies, with a unified SLA and single sponsor invoice.
At the pickup address, the driver's secure handheld confirms the geo-fence, prompts the patient to verbalize trial consent (the language is protocol-specified), and timestamps the confirmation against the trip record. The log is available to the sponsor via the trial portal within 60 seconds of pickup.
Standard Net 60 to sponsor or CRO with cost-center coding to the protocol budget line. Net 30 by arrangement for new vendor relationships during qualification. Invoices are PII-scrubbed (patient initials only on the trip line) for protocol-blinded reconciliation.
For protocols requiring transport of non-biological documentation (signed consents, study materials, return of unused IP) between site and patient home, yes — with sealed handover, two-signature confirmation, and GPS-tracked transit. We do not transport biological samples; we partner with the established cold-chain couriers for that and can coordinate the patient leg around their pickup.
Sponsor master services agreement: 2–4 weeks for first execution. Subsequent protocols under an existing MSA: 5 business days from protocol receipt to first patient trip. Rural-site activation may add lead time for affiliate confirmation.
