THE FBO STANDARD

Built for the broker, the family office,
and the principal who values the last 10 minutes.

THE DIFFERENCE

Why the last 10 minutes of a private flight matter.

You spent $80,000 on the aircraft. The ground portion is what your client remembers.

FBO COURTESY CAR

  • Whatever's in the loaner pool that hour
  • FBO staff drives — not a chauffeur
  • No coordination with the hotel or the next leg
  • Free, but it shows

LIMO

  • Cadillac Escalade or executive sedan, on the ramp
  • Vetted, suited chauffeur — NDA available
  • Hotel concierge accounts pre-coordinated
  • Billed to the broker or the trip account

RIDESHARE FROM THE FBO

Most FBOs do not permit rideshare pickup on the ramp side. Driver has to be re-routed to the public terminal gate, principal walks across the apron in weather. Vehicle is whatever shows — minivan, Civic, no luggage room for the case the principal flew with.

LIMO

Ramp-side pickup at the partner FBOs. Escalade with full luggage capacity for the trip. Discreet chauffeur who knows the principal by name from the trip-sheet, opens the door silently, drives the route to the hotel without conversation unless invited.

PRINCIPAL DRIVING SELF

Rental car at the FBO. Spends 20 minutes at the counter. Loses the privacy advantage of the private trip. Pulls into the hotel valet with a Hyundai when the rest of the impression has been six figures.

LIMO

From the steps of the aircraft to the steps of the hotel without touching a counter, a screen, or a key. The trip ends the way it started — private, on time, and on brand.

WHAT WE DELIVER

Ramp-side, not curb-side.
Every FBO, every time.

Black Escalade staged ramp-side at a private aviation FBO

RAMP-SIDE STAGING

Where the FBO permits, the vehicle is on the apron, engine running, door open, as the aircraft door opens. No walk through a terminal, no transfer of bags through a line.

Driver tracking tail number on phone in cabin

LIVE TAIL TRACKING

Driver monitors the tail number, not the ETA. When the aircraft hits the FBO ramp ten minutes early or thirty late, the vehicle is already in motion to match.

DISCRETION

Driver knows the principal from the trip-sheet — no name asked at greeting. NDA on file for repeat broker programs. No dashcam, no recording, no chatter.

BROKER-BILLABLE

Billed to the broker, the operator, the family office, or the trip account — whichever your program uses. One PDF per trip leg or consolidated monthly. Net 30.

"Our jet desk used to coordinate three different ground vendors across Hanscom, Teterboro, and Palm Beach. Now it's one phone number. The client sees the same vehicle and the same standard everywhere."

QUESTIONS

Everything, answered.

Which FBOs do you have ramp-side privileges at?

Active credentialing at Signature, Atlantic Aviation, Million Air, Jet Aviation, Sheltair, and the major independents at Hanscom (BED), Teterboro (TEB), Westchester (HPN), Logan general aviation, Boston Executive Airport (OWD), Palm Beach (PBI), Miami (OPF/MIA general aviation), and additional locations on a per-trip basis. Where we lack a permanent credential, we coordinate the curb-side handoff with the FBO line crew.

How does live tail-number tracking work?

We pull the tail number from the trip sheet and monitor it through FlightAware and ADS-B data. The driver sees the live position and adjusts staging in real time. If the aircraft lands 40 minutes early, the vehicle is on the ramp. If it lands 90 minutes late, the driver is not sitting on the meter — they reposition and return for the actual arrival.

Can you split a jet-share group across multiple vehicles?

Yes. For shared jet programs (BLADE, Wheels Up jet-shares, JetSuiteX, similar) where passengers deplane to different hotels or addresses, we dispatch one vehicle per drop point with synchronized FBO arrival. One booking, one invoice, multiple vehicles.

What about multi-passenger principals — a family of 6 with luggage?

Cadillac Escalade ESV is the default for 4–6 passengers with luggage. For larger parties (8+), we dispatch parallel vehicles or, where the route requires, a Sprinter executive shuttle. Coordinated arrival and consolidated billing.

How does broker billing work?

We bill the broker, operator, family office, or principal's trip-management account per your program's structure. Per-leg PDF invoices for ad-hoc programs, consolidated monthly statements for high-volume brokerages. Net 30 standard. Cost-center coding to the tail number, the trip, or the principal.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard for repeat broker programs and family office relationships. Drivers are briefed on confidentiality per principal; no recording, no social-media posting of vehicle staging or aircraft details, no third-party disclosure.

What is your coverage outside the Northeast?

Direct fleet in Boston, New York, Westchester, Palm Beach, and Miami. Vetted affiliate network at the major FBOs nationwide and in international gateways via partner relationships. Same trip-sheet standards, same broker invoice, same NDA terms.
