THE CREW STANDARD

Engineered for the crew scheduler
who cannot afford a delayed showtime.

THE DIFFERENCE

Why most crew shuttles fail the duty clock.

Crew rest is a federal regulation, not a preference. The ground transport vendor either respects that or causes a violation.

AIRLINE-CONTRACTED SHUTTLE

  • Cheapest per-seat — until you measure on-time rate
  • Multi-stop hotel circuit eats into crew rest
  • Shared vehicles, no discretion for senior crew
  • Surge pricing during IROPS when you need it most

LIMO

  • Contract rates, no per-seat shuffle, all-in
  • Direct hotel ↔ FBO, no circuit, no detour
  • Dedicated vehicle, full discretion
  • IROPS surge protection in the contract

CREW SHARE-RIDE / UBER

No driver vetting for airside or FBO access. No 24/7 dispatch — when the 03:30 pickup gets cancelled by the driver at 03:15, there is no escalation. No discretion for crews discussing operational matters in the cabin. No accounting trail for the airline.

LIMO

Vetted, badged drivers familiar with crew gates and FBO procedures. 24/7 dispatch with a named escalation contact for irregular ops. Discreet vehicles, no chatter, no dashcam recording. One monthly invoice per airline or operator.

HOTEL COURTESY VAN

Runs on a schedule that does not match a 04:15 showtime. Driver is the night auditor moonlighting. Vehicle holds 8 with luggage when the crew is 4 with rollaboards. No backup when the van breaks down at 03:55.

LIMO

On-demand fleet, multi-vehicle for full crew including jumpseat. Showtime-locked pickup — the vehicle is at the hotel canopy 10 minutes before, every time. Backup vehicle dispatched at the first sign of mechanical.

WHAT WE DELIVER

Crew rest, protected.
Showtime, every time.

SHOWTIME-LOCKED

Vehicle staged 10 minutes before showtime. Driver inside the hotel lobby, not parked in the lot. Bags loaded while the crew walks out the door.

FAA CREW-REST AWARE

Dispatch trained on Part 117 and Part 135 rest rules. We will flag a pickup time that puts a crew member into a duty-time violation before you do.

FBO + GATE FAMILIARITY

Drivers credentialed for the FBO ramps where we operate. They know the crew gate, the security check-in, and the path to the aircraft cold.

ONE INVOICE

Monthly contract invoicing per operator. Trip-level detail with crew member initials, flight number, and route. Reconciles cleanly against the airline's crew-services budget.

"We moved our Boston and Newark crew transport to LIMO after a year of IROPS disasters with the shared shuttle. Zero showtime misses in the first 90 days. The schedulers stopped getting paged at 4am."

QUESTIONS

Everything, answered.

Are your drivers cleared for FBO and crew-gate access?

Yes. Drivers operating crew contracts are badged at the FBOs where we hold rampside privileges and trained on TSA crew-gate procedures at the commercial airports we cover. We can provision new FBO access in 7–10 days when a contract opens a new base.

How do you handle FAA Part 117 / Part 135 rest considerations?

Dispatch is trained on the rest-window logic. If a crew scheduler books a pickup that compresses the rest period below the minimum (with travel time accounted for), we flag it before confirmation. We will not knowingly create a duty-time violation through our scheduling.

What is the IROPS response process?

24/7 named dispatcher. When weather, mechanical, or crew swaps reshuffle the rotation, a single phone call repositions every vehicle in the affected geography within 30 minutes. Surge pricing does not apply during operator-declared IROPS — that protection is in the contract.

How does contract pricing work?

Monthly minimum commitment in exchange for locked per-trip rates. Volume tiers (typically 50, 150, 500, 1500 trips/month). All-in pricing — vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, gratuity. No after-the-fact surcharges. Invoiced monthly with trip-level detail.

Which operators do you currently support?

Active contracts with multiple regional carriers, charter operators, and a major fractional jet program. Specific operator names protected under MSA. Reference calls available after initial qualification.

Do you cover multi-airline or multi-base programs?

Yes. We hold parallel contracts for operators with multiple bases (e.g., a regional carrier with Boston, Newark, and Charlotte hubs). One MSA, multiple base addendums, one consolidated monthly invoice.

What happens when a flight cancels mid-rotation?

Single call to the IROPS line. We hold the inbound vehicle, reposition the outbound, and stand up an extended-stay protocol with the partner hotel if the rest period extends. No re-booking fees, no surge.
